Notes:
A very special hometown gig.They came on early as all public transport was due to finish early due to it being christmas eve.I was there,near the front but slightly exposed as there was an aisle just in front and I was second row back.The concert started so I started to tape.Half way through I don't want your love I was jumped on by 5 security guards.2 grabbed my arms,twisted them back forcing me forward.2 more grabbed my shoulders forcing me even more forward and the last guy settled on a head lock and this was how I was forced march,up the main aisle.I was thinking I'd left this all behind wheen I'd left the army a few months previously.So while I was hurried up the aisle with people looikng at me as if I was a dangerous criminal,I could'nt help and think where was the festive spirit and the was the band singing I don't want your love and I thought,'No shit.'
Well I was ejected from the premises and that was my xmas eve experience.I knew another taper was there and since we'd agreed to meet up after to compare recordings, I waited outside.So I listened to the gig from outside with some lasses who didn't have tickets.This recording comes from the other taper.I presume he taped from his master but can't be sure.There is a slight problem with the sound dropping during Is the something I should know.It is an exellent gig but maybe I'm biased because I was there.Well,briefly!
